The good news is that it’s not necessary to refuse this amazing dessert, because there are many recipes specially adapted for proper nutrition and even weight loss!

Brownies are a great alternative to fatty and caloric desserts, because it is made exclusively from healthy products.

Brownies are often based on vegetable or fruit puree, which helps reduce the caloric content of the finished dessert as much as possible. And the use of low-fat cottage cheese in the recipe makes this dessert also a source of protein, which is just necessary if you want to lose extra pounds. You can even add protein to this dessert if you want.

Also, instead of sugar, which has a lot of calories, our recipes use only natural sweeteners, such as stevia, agave syrup, honey.

Pumpkin Brownie

This dessert recipe is ideal not only for those who adhere to a proper diet and want to lose extra weight. With no dairy ingredients or even eggs, this dessert is perfect for vegetarians and vegans. In addition, the recipe itself is quite simple to make.

400 grams of pumpkin puree. For the basis of our brownies we will use pumpkin. This vegetable is ideal for weight loss, since it contains a minimum of calories. In 100 grams of pumpkin there are only 25 calories. In addition, pumpkin is rich in fiber, which improves gastrointestinal function. Pre-cook the pumpkin and beat it in a blender. The puree should not be liquid. Boil the pumpkin in a small amount of water.

100 grams of dates. We will use them instead of sugar and sweeteners. Do not forget to peel them from the seeds and chop them. This is best done in a blender.

100 grams of peanuts. To add a little nutty flavor to our diet brownies, we will use peanuts. Grind it to a state of fine crumbs.

2 ripe bananas. Grind them to a state of puree.

100 grams of natural cocoa. To give brownies a chocolate flavor, we will use only natural cocoa, without added sugar and other harmful additives.

Now just mix all the prepared ingredients in one container. Do not worry if your batter is too thick, you can always add a little water. Bake the brownies in an oven preheated to 180 degrees. Check that the dessert is ready with a toothpick. On average you will need about 30 minutes.

You can also make a diet brownie based on a fruit puree. In this case, we will use apple puree.

The mashed potatoes are 200 grams of apples. You can make it yourself or buy ready-made. Baby apple puree is ideal, especially since many manufacturers do not add sugar there, and this is what we need. In 100 grams of applesauce there are only 68 calories, so you can not worry about your figure.

100 grams of flour. We will use two kinds of flour in this recipe – rice flour and flax flour. We will take 70 grams of rice flour and 30 grams of flax flour. You can change these proportions if you wish. Remember that flax flour is an excellent source of vegetable protein and omega 3 amino acids.

Sweetener. You can use any sweetener you like.

25 grams of cocoa. Do not forget to use only natural cocoa. Then your diet brownies will taste more chocolatey and have fewer calories!

You can make a dessert with a minimum of calories and a maximum of benefits with cottage cheese. This is the perfect recipe if you want to add as much protein to your diet as possible.

120 grams of cottage cheese. Use low-fat cottage cheese, 100 grams of this product contains only about 70 calories and 16 grams of protein! It is best to take a little wet cottage cheese, then the dessert will be juicier. In this case, cottage cheese is the low-calorie base of our brownie.

3 tablespoons oat flakes. To make our dessert really dietary, we’ll skip the usual wheat flour and replace it with oat flakes. This way we will get more nutrients and fiber, which promotes weight loss.

Two teaspoons of cocoa. We will use non-fat cocoa to make a diet brownie. Since our brownie is made without sugar, make sure there is no sugar in the cocoa.

3 tablespoons milk. You can use low-fat milk.

Natural sweetener. In this recipe we will use honey, but you can also choose another substitute.

1/3 teaspoon of baking powder.

Just mix all the ingredients and mix thoroughly. It is better to do it with a whisk for one minute. Then pour the mixture into a cup or silicone mold and put it in the microwave for 2-3 minutes. While pumpkin is often used in making sweet desserts, it can be hard to imagine zucchini as a brownie base. But not in our case! Surprisingly, you can even make a low-calorie brownie with zucchini!

300 grams of zucchini. In this recipe, we will use the zucchini variety of zucchini. They taste more delicate and have a nice flavor and consistency. There are only 16 calories in 100 grams of zucchini! The zucchini should be peeled and grated on a medium grater beforehand.

½ teaspoon of baking powder and the same amount of baking soda.

It is good to include it in your diet for gastrointestinal problems.

3 tablespoons of rice flour. If you wish, you can replace the flour with other flour, but baking with rice flour turns out more delicate, and since this is a dessert, this flour is perfect.

Any sweetener. Put it to your liking, be sure to taste it as you make it so you get a really sweet dessert.

5-6 tablespoons milk. Use low-fat milk, you can replace it with any vegetable milk if you want.
